Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible to provide administrative support to progress the objectives and key deliverables for the business.

Candidate’s duties shall include the following:

• Ensure the office and workplace resources are maintained in good order and supplies replenished to meet operational needs.
• Prepares official correspondences in the Correspondence Management System (letters, documents) for external distribution.
• Print, scan and file correspondences appropriately before submission to agencies.
• Assist with the preparation of documents, presentations, spreadsheets; assist with compilation and submission of reports.
• Maintains files of all correspondence (incoming and outgoing), including transmittal and receipt acknowledgement copies
• Ensure the timely flow of communication and messages within the team.
• Coordinate meetings and stakeholder events, meeting rooms and catering.
• Establish calendars of events and manage vacation calendars for the teams.
• Collect/submit monthly time reporting/payroll data.
• Exercise confidentiality with regards to all information from gathered from meetings and other relevant matters.

Job Requirement

• University Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in the administration field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to manage and distinguish tasks that must be prioritized to effectively meet deadlines
